In order to ensure the quality of the course, 5idea Chinese is dedicated to offering each of our customers who purchase courses a complimentary option to change course instructors, thus safeguarding their rights and interests.

I. Instructions for the Utilization of the Right and Interest:

1. Prior to the commencement of the course, if a client is dissatisfied with the assigned course instructor, they may submit a request for a change of instructor at any time, without it being considered as a depletion of their right and interest.
   
   
2. Prior to the initiation of the second online course, if a client is dissatisfied with the present course instructor, they may invoke this right and interest to request a replacement of the instructor. A newly assigned course instructor will conduct a fresh round of instruction for the esteemed client.
   
   
3. If dissatisfaction persists following a substitution, the client reserves the right to once again propose a change of course instructor. 5idea Chinese will then make arrangements to assign another qualified course instructor based on the specific circumstances to carry out the remaining course.

II. Additional Instructions:

1. The right and interest of a complimentary substitution of the course instructor is limited to a single occurrence.
   
   
2. In the event of any postponement or modification of the course schedule during the instructor replacement process, both parties shall engage in an amicable discussion to mutually agree upon a revised course timetable.
